Installation

Installing Aanrich on your Attio workspace takes less than a minute.

1. Go to the Attio App Directory
2. Search for "Aanrich" and click Install
3. Authorize the app to access your workspace
4. You're ready to enrich! New workspaces receive 20 free credits.

Enriching Contacts

To enrich a contact with email and phone information:

1. Open any Person record in Attio
2. Click "Find email", "Find phone", or "Find email and phone"
3. Wait a few seconds for the enrichment to complete
4. If found, the data is automatically added to the record

Managing Credits

Aanrich uses a credit-based system. Finding an email costs 1 credit, and finding a phone number costs 10 credits.

Viewing your balance

Click the "🛠️ Open dashboard" action on any Person record to open your credits dashboard. Here you can:

• View your current credit balance
• See your enrichment history
• Purchase more credits

When are credits consumed?

Credits are only consumed when:

• Success: We successfully found the requested data (email: -1 credit, phone: -10 credits)
• Conflict: The email was found but already exists on another Person (credits consumed)

Credits are not consumed when no data is found or when there's an error.

After an enrichment, you'll see one of these results:

Data Sources

Aanrich uses waterfall enrichment to find professional contact information. Instead of relying on a single data provider, we query 15+ premium B2B data sources in sequence. If one source doesn't have the contact info you need, the next one is tried automatically. This yields significantly higher match rates (up to 2x) compared to single-source tools.

Types of data providers

Our enrichment engine aggregates results from multiple categories of providers, including email finders, phone databases, business intelligence platforms, and professional network aggregators. Named providers include Apollo, Hunter, Clearbit, RocketReach, ContactOut, Datagma, and Lusha, among others.

What data we find

• Professional emails: verified work email addresses
• Mobile phone numbers: direct-dial numbers for business contacts

Accuracy & verification

Emails are triple-verified before being returned to you, resulting in a bounce rate under 1%. Only verified data is written to your Attio records. If we can't verify the information, we don't return it (and no credit is consumed).

Regional coverage

Aanrich works across 50+ countries. Coverage varies by region and audience, and is generally strongest for business professionals at mid-to-large companies. If you work with a niche or regional audience, results may vary.

Compliance & Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Here's how Aanrich handles compliance across key regulations and frameworks.

GDPR: Legal basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest for B2B prospecting (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), which is a recognized legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation. Data processed is limited to professional contact information (business emails and work phone numbers).

CCPA compliance

Aanrich is compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

SOC 2 Type II

Our enrichment infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified, ensuring rigorous security controls over data handling and processing.

How data flows

Aanrich does not maintain its own contact database. Data flows directly from verified providers through our enrichment engine to your Attio workspace. We do not store or resell enriched contact data.

Data minimization

We only process and return the specific data fields needed (email and phone). No browsing history, no personal social media, no sensitive personal data.
